Proven tools for injecting
Hammpack JG-SYSTEM injection lances, with 500mm and 1000mm solid and perforated section lengths. Balanced injection surface structure for both cement suspensions, geopolymers, acrylic gels and polyurethane resins.
Full-spectrum injection lances. Convenient to use with wrench entries (no more twisting injection lances with awkward pipe wrenches).
Arrowhead – allows injection directly at the ground (for solid injection lances) and/or perforated injection lances (full system compatibility). Fits JG-CONNECT-PER, JG-CONNECT injection lances.
Fixed (screw-in) blade – outlet holes allow injection along the entire length of the perforated lance at the desired section (system compatibility with full injection lance). Fits JG-END-PER injection lance.
1. Installation of the spearhead on the injection lance:
(a) press-in arrowhead JG-SHOOTER
(b) screw-in blade JG-NOSHOOTER
2. Screw in JG-HAMMPLUG
3. Hammering the lance with an impact hammer
4. Unscrewing the JG-HAMMPLUG
