The packer is ideally suited to be injected by one person
High throughput of 3.1 mm allows to inject cement suspensions
The unquestionable advantage of this injection packer is its large diameter range. The optimal diameter of the injection hole is Ø12 mm, but it can also handle holes up to Ø16 mm.
The plastic driven packer is ideal for low pressure jobs (for pressures below 60 BAR). Low opening pressure of gravity valve ( 0 Bar).
Packers are suitable for saturation of structures as well as curtain injections. Ideal for injection of aqueous solutions, silicates. Injector has a gravitational check valve. Very attractive price.
Flat caliper, greatly facilitates administration of the injector. Thanks to sliding cap we have free hands during injection. It is useful when injecting with a hand pump (you do not need an additional person to support a moving hose in a straight line), or for injecting where we pump a lot of material through a single packer.
PACKER INSTALLATION:
The packer should be placed in the injection hole, and tapped with a rubber mallet or hammer tool under and impact hammer until a perceptible resistance is felt.
When finished, remove the injector with a crowbar or drill to remove it.
